Salar features an exciting menu of World-Fusion cuisine with strong French, Peruvian, and Mediterranean influences. In addition we offer an extensive selection of hand-crafted cocktails featuring fresh squeezed juices, fresh fruit and herbs, and only the finest spirits. Salar is a reasonably priced, upscale, yet casual style restaurant. We have created a unique dining experience with two outdoor patios, two full bars, a main dining room with full-wall windows looking out onto the Historic Oregon District, an intimate lounge space, and a private dining room. Salar is proud to be a "Green Certified" restaurant.

I'm very impressed by the restaurant! Besides a very nice service, they've got an excellent meat & sea food selection. Everything we've ordered was cooked and served perfectly. Thank you guys, we're definitely are coming back! Also, I'd like to mention a modern and clean looking interior, and design of the place. Loved it!

We loved our dining experience at Salar's. From the front of the house to the back. This place ran like a well oiled machine!! Everything thing we ate was on point and the service was excellent. We would highly recommend this place to others. Nice job team Salar!!

Great place to eat and drink for a nice meal out. The atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful and clean. It has a unique decoration to it and is unlike anything else in Dayton. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially the waiter Matt! He always does a great job and takes care of us extremely well. The food and cocktails are expensive but are well worth the cost for a special night out. Compared to other high price establishments in the area you get a great deal! The menu is creative with amazing options.

Starting with creative drinks to their delicious food. The customer service was impeccable. Everything I tasted, I tasted my friends entrees😋, was soooo good. I also had a side of grits with my meal, which was yummy. I am a Georgia Peach so I am a Grits Critic, these Grits were Excellent ðŸ‘ðŸ¾ðŸ‘ðŸ¾ðŸ‘ðŸ¾ðŸ‘ðŸ¾. Go to have drinks, go to eat dinner, go for dessert 😋😋😋. Just Go!!!

This place is amazing! Great service, great staff and thw food is delicious! Everything was cooked perfectly and sent out promptly. Very attentive staff. I definitely recommend Salar!

This place is great. I came to Dayton to visit a friend and saw this place in advance and knew that I had to visit. Cocktails were tasty and the scallops entree was tasty. The seafood rice/paella was great as was the duck breast. Would definitely eat here as often as I could it I lived around Dayton.

Great food. Amazing bar! Rob always takes fantastic care of us and is very personable. I highly recommend the La Pasion and Hickory Torch.
